Chaela Paige Everman, 37, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at her home in Mount Sterling, Kentucky.

Chaela's greatest joy in life was being a mother. She leaves behind her three cherished children, Kinley Henderson, Taylor Dunn, and Skyler Dunn, who were truly the center of her world. She is also survived by her loving mother, Jennifer Everman Haddix (Tommy); her father, Eric Everman; her grandmother, Owenice Darlene Staton; and her grandfather, Danny Elkins, Sr.

In addition to her parents, Chaela will be deeply missed by her sister, Dannah Fraley; two brothers, Brandon Everman (Jerrica); and Jackson Everman, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who were blessed by her love and presence.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Melissa Haddix; her beloved grandparents, Dixie and J.C. Everman; and her paternal great-grandmother, Golden Everman.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Chaela's life on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Lewis Funeral Home in Irvine. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with funeral services immediately following at 12:00 p.m., officiated by Wayne Crowe. Burial will follow at Bia's Haven Cemetery in Stanton.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Skyler Dunn, Taylor Dunn, Brandon Everman, Danny "Bubby" Elkins, Jr., Tommy Haddix, Jarett Martin, Jonathan Elkins, and Warren Townsend. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Elkins, Chelsea Strange Risley, Kayla Curtis, Rebecca Rice, Kasey Neidig, Jeremy Adkins, Tammy Walden, Timmy Elkins, and Brittany Morton.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lewis Funeral Home of Irvine.
