Audrey Pauline Puckett, age 89, of Winchester, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, at the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital in Irvine, Kentucky.

Mrs.Puckett was born December 14th, 1933, to the late James Leonard and Bonnie Lee Cantor Spivey. Along with her parents Audrey is also preceded in death by her husband: Frank Puckett, four sisters: Dorothy Spivey, Naomi Harrison, Laura Rose Caudill and Anna Mae Puckett. Two brothers: Ray and Paul Spivey.

Audrey is survived by two sons: Roger Franklin Puckett, Kirt Wallace Puckett, one daughter: Barbara Pauline Ohlmann of Winchester, one sister: Nancy Carolyn Basham, two brothers: Troy and Glenn Spivey. Six grandchildren: Matthew Thomas Ohlmann, Barbara Lynn Burton, Phillip Scott Puckett, Timothy Shane Puckett, Sheena Lasha Puckett, Megan Michelle Puckett Stepp. Eight great grandchildren Keisha Ohlmann, Dylan Thomas Poynter, Luke Preston Puckett, Braydon Puckett Cartwright, Blake Anthony Gladson, Brayson Gladson, Sam Scott Puckett and Sophia Grace Puckett. Along with several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends to miss her and mourn her passing.

There will be a memorial service for Audrey Pauline Puckett on Saturday, May 20th, at the Jackson Chapel Church. with Brother Robert Ray Peace officiating.  Services will begin at 11:00 A.M
