Barbara Carolyn Edmonson, age 84, of Irvine, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Irvine, Kentucky.

Carolyn was born on September 1, 1940, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Grace Willis Johnson. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Bige Edmonson, 2 brothers, Leonard Ray and Daniel Johnson and 2 sisters, Frances Day and Ouida Farthing.

Survivors include 3 children, Vonda Riddell and husband Tim, Olivia Edmonson, and Tammy Wills and husband Jeff. 3 grandchildren, Dwight Riddell, Emily Wills Absher and husband Jacob, and Eric Goosey and wife Becca. 1 great grandchild, Alley Hurt and many other friends and relatives to miss her and mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Barbara Carolyn Edmonson will be conducted on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals. Brother Adam Arvin will be officiating. Interment will follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

The Pallbearers will be Tim Riddell, Jeff Wills, Eric Goosey, Keagan Rose Moe Rollins and Ray Rose.
