Barbara Ann Fox Spencer, age 80, of Winchester, Kentucky, formerly of Irvine, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at her home.

Barbara was born on July 7, 1943, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Arnold Pete and Frances Catherine Baker Fox. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 1 brother, Robert Eugene Fox and a brother-in-law, Danny Neal.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Connie Richardson Ayres and husband Samuel and Selena Richardson Royalty. 4 grandchildren, Kyle Joseph Ayres and wife Samantha, Heath Lewis Ayres and wife Rena, Jessica Raye Royalty, and Daniel Issiah Royalty. 5 great grandchildren, Harvey Lincoln Ayres, Lydia Jane Ayers, Wren Marina Ayers, Lola Dee Ayers, and Anais Rio Ayers. 1 sister, Patricia Neal along with numerous nieces and nephews and relatives and friends to miss her and mourn her passing.

A memorial service for Barbara Ann Fox Spencer will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, in the Lewis Home for Funerals Chapel. Brother Jim Muncie and Samuel Ayers will officiate. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of services at the funeral home.
