Barbara Ann Stamper, 63, passed away Saturday after a sudden illness. Mrs. Stamper was a native of Clark County a daughter of Nancy Clay Tipton. She was a homemaker, and a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her brother Billy Gene Kirby, and her aunt Bertha Hopper. Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Russell; her son Richard Lewis Stamper; her daughters Alice Michelle (and husband Danny) Richardson & Amy Lorriane (and husband Michael) Manning; her grandson Elijah Keaton Manning; her special canine friend Emily. Services will be held Thursday, October 16th, 2:00 pm at the New Life Apostolic Church, with Rev. Ross Conley officiating. Burial will follow in the Stonegate Cemetery in Stanton, KY. Friends may call anytime after 11:00 am until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Mike Creech, Junior & Dallas Townsend, Pete Hardy, Allen Stamper, Gary Grace.
