Betty J. Wiseman Tipton, 79, widow of Beverly passed away Monday at the Marcum-Wallace Hospital after a sudden illness. Mrs. Tipton was a native of Estill County, a daughter of the late Jake and Lillie Frances Neal Wiseman. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Cow Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters Margaret Francis (and husband Mike) Sparks, and Beverly Jean (and husband John) Rollins; her brothers J.B. (and wife Janis) Wiseman, and Donald Wiseman; her sisters Margie Cahal, Norma (and husband Gayle) Hall, and Patricia (and husband Charlie) Henry; her grandchildren Jeff (and wife Tera) Sparks, and Mallory (and husband Andrew) Davis; her great-grandson Isaac Jeffery Sparks. Services will be held Thursday, October, 30th 2014, 1:00 pm at the Lewis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
