Billy A. Riddell Sr, 67, of Pea Ridge Road, husband of Ruby Hardy Riddell, passed away Sunday at his home. Mr. Riddell was a native of Estill County, a son of the late Leonard S. and Verna Adams Riddell. He was a carpenter, a Kentucky Colonel, and a member of the Substation Holiness Pentecostal Church. He was preceded by his brothers Ernest, Paul, and Tommy Riddell; his sisters Jean Hardy, Barbara Johnson, and Wanda Riddell. Survivors besides his wife of 46 years Ruby include two sons Billy Jr. (Charlotte), and Brian (Heather); his daughter Charlene (Roger); his grandsons Jonathan (Jenny) Riddell, Clay Case, Treyton Riddell, Cory Beagle; his granddaughters Keshia (Derrick) Sparks, Jessica Riddell, Caylee Riddell, Mariah Riddell, Leandra Beagle; his great grandsons Ian & Gavin Sparks, and Kobe Riddell; his brothers Ronnie Riddell, Mike Riddell; his sisters Sue Farthing, Lucy Clowers, and Judy Edmonson; special friends Larry Riddell, and Rene West. Services will be held Wednesday, June 20th, 2021, 2:00 PM at Lewis Funeral home with Bro. Sidney Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardy Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 PM Tuesday at Lewis Funeral Home His nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Riddle Construction Company Crew.
