Obituary

Charles Kenneth Crouch, 79, husband of Wanda Faye Marcum Crouch, passed away Sunday, October 16th, 2016 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. Mr. Crouch was a native of Estill County, a son of the late James N. and Elizabeth Henry Crouch. Mr. Crouch owned and operated Charlie's Supply Store in Estill County and was a veteran of the Army Reserve and a retired homebuilder. He was an avid fisherman, woodworker and craftsman. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Kate Neal Crouch and one sister, Della Northern. Survivors other than his wife Wanda include his sons, Danny (Lesa) Marcum, Jeff (Brenda) Marcum and William E. Isaacs; his brothers, Orville, James Edward and Henry Crouch; his sister Lillie May Hardy; his 6 grandchildren; his 7 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Cindy Savey; special nephew Eddie Crouch; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 19th, at Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call anytime after 6:00 pm Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Danny Marcum, Jeff Marcum, Eddie Crouch, Jason Crouch, Nicky Crouch, and Matthew Marcum. Honorary pallbearers are Jeffery Marcum, Jr. and Cindy Savey.
