Cynthia (Cyndi) Clark age 56, of Burnside, Kentucky went to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at her home.

Cyndi was born July 2, 1968, in Somerset Kentucky, to the late Jesse V. and Alta D. Frederick

Along with her parents, Cyndi was also preceded in death by two brothers, George Saley Frederick and James Frederick and a special Father-in-Law, Eddie Phillips.

Survivors include, One daughter, Amber (Lonnie) Sears of Somerset, Kentucky. Two sons, Tyler Creekmore (Jessica), and Jonathan (Makayla) Phillips of Smithtown, Kentucky, her significant other Robert Calhoun, Burnside, Kentucky, a special mother-in-law, Penny Phillips of Smithtown, Kentucky. Two brothers, Kenneth (Joann) Frederick of Broadhead, Kentucky and Danny (Tonya) Frederick of Burnside, Kentucky. One sister, Jeannette Beighley of Pine Knot, Kentucky. Five grandchildren and many more relatives and friends to miss and mourn her passing.

Cyndi was very much cherished by those who knew and loved her.

Cyndi was cremated in keeping with her wishes.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 4:00 P.M at Freedom Worship Center in Greenwood, Kentucky.
