Delores Flynn Young

Delores Flynn Young, age 69, of Irvine, Kentucky departed this life on April 19, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Delores was born on February 9, 1956, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Verlin and Okra Stamper Flynn.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Gladys Smith and Kelly Neal and 1 brother, Elwood Flynn.

The survivors are 3 sons, Brian Young and Brittany, Eric Young and Jamie and Amanda Young. 1 daughter, Sheila Moore. 12 grandchildren, Sky, Brooklyn, Austin, Kirsten, R.J., Josh, Preston, Marly, J.J., Alexis, Aaron, and Jax. 1 great grandchild, Dakota. 2 brothers, Loyd, and Jimmy Flynn. 4 sisters, Vida Potter, Vonnetta Jenkins, Evonne Crouch and Vance Farmer. Numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be announced later by the family.
