Diana Lynn Moore Phillips, age 60, of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away on February 2, 2026.

Diana was born on June 22, 1965, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and the steady foundation of her family.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Phillips; her son, Aaron Phillips, and his wife, Alexandra Phillips; and her siblings Sam Moore, Mark Moore, Teresa Sires, and Alina Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Melvin Moore, and her brother, Mitch Moore.

Diana was the strongest woman many will ever know. She held firmly to her faith in God no matter how much pain she endured or how sick she became. Even in her hardest moments, her focus was never on herself—she was always concerned about the health and well-being of others, making sure everyone around her had everything they needed, even when she was the one in need.

Her selflessness, faith, and unwavering love will continue to live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at 10:30am until the time of service at Liberty Bible Church of God in Winchester, Kentucky, on Monday, February 9, 2026, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
