Donald Claude Wiseman, age 80, of Berea, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, March 8, 2024, at the Compassionate Care Hospice Center in Richmond, Kentucky.

Donald was born on July 13, 1943, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Jake and Lilly Neal Wiseman. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wiseman is also preceded in death by 3 sisters, Betty Tipton, Marjorie Cahal and Patricia Henry.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Maupin, 3 children, Courtney Scott Murray and husband Dewayne and their 3 loving daughters, Clint Wiseman and wife Lori, and Seth Wiseman and wife Angie. 2 stepsons Lucas Ryan Maupin and wife Tasha and their daughter Sophie, and Aaron Cody Maupin and fiancé Amanda Baker. 4 grandchildren, Olivia, Jack, Greysen, and Nash Wiseman. 1 brother, J.B. Wiseman and wife Janice, and 1 Sister, Norma Hall and husband Gayle as well as numerous other nieces and nephews and relatives and friends to miss him and mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Donald Claude Wiseman will be conducted on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals. Brother Mark Reese will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Compassionate Care Hospice Center in Richmond, Kentucky in honor of their superb care of Mr. Wiseman.
