Elizabeth Powell Fox, 77, wife of Jimmie Fox, passed away Tuesday. She was a native of Estill County, born July 23rd 1934, a daughter of the late Henry and Dorsie Howell Powell. Mrs. Fox was preceded in death by her sons Michael Powell and Jeffery Fox; her brothers Edward, Rodney and Henry Wallace Powell. Survivors include her husband Jimmie Fox; her son Jimmie Wayne ( Nancy) Fox; her granddaughter Leah Marie Fox; her sisters Mamie Hudson and Edith Noland. Services will be held Friday, 1:00 PM at Lewis Funeral Home, with Bro. Sherl Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in the Mackey Cemetery.
