Gary D. Combs age 77 of Annville passed away Saturday October 5, 2024, at the Laurel Heights nursing home. He was born December 31, 1946, in Onedia, Kentucky to the late Palmer and Betty (Porter) Combs.

He is survived by his wife Sharon and one son Brian (Lesley) House. Two grandchildren Ryan Blake (Stephanie) House and Jordan (Danielle) House as well as two great grandchildren; Jaxon and Tallon House. Gary is also survived by his siblings; Kenneth Combs of Madison County, Jobie Combs, Kevin Combs, Keith Combs, Barry Combs, Karen Harrison and Sharon Onan all of Irvine and by a sister-in-law, Judy Combs of Irvine.

In addition to his parents Gary was proceeded in death a brother Barry Combs and his first wife, Virginia Flynn Combs.
