Ivan Louis Miller, 73, died Sept. 13th, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Estill County, a son of the late Hiram and Dorothy Plowman Miller. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Survivors include his sister Lowana Kilburn; two nieces; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16th, at 12:00 noon, at the Sparks Cemetery on Barnes Mountain.
