James Stepp, age 44, of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester. James was loved by many and was a longtime resident of Beacon of Hope, where he formed many meaningful friendships over the years. He was cared for deeply by those who knew him and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.

An ash scattering ceremony will be held at a later date.
