James Roy Stone, 79 of East Warren St, Peru, Ind, widower of Dessie Stone passed away Wednesday, May 1st 2013. Mr. Stone was a native of Estill County, a son of the late Gilbert and Rhonda Richardson Stone. Mr. Stone was preceded in death by his siblings Mildred Hatton, Pauline Hall, Gilbert Stone, Jr., Harold Dean Stone, and Phyllis Conrad. Survivors include her two sons James Larry Stone and wife Shirley of Denver, IN, Terry Micheal Stone and wife Teresa of Wabash, IN; her grandchildren James Paul Stone, Peru, IN, Tara Stone Church (Shane) of Peru, IN, Joshua Stone of Denver, IN, Jessi Stone Losher (Brent) of Denver, IN, Nicholas Stone of Peru, IN, and Kyle Lewis of Wabash, IN; and 21 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday May 4th, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at the Richmond Cemetery, Friends may call after 10:00AM until service time at the Lewis Funeral Home.
