John Earl Fowler, age 51 of Irvine, Kentucky, departed this life on December 18, 2023.

Mr. Fowler was born on July 27, 1972, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Vincent Fowler and Beverly Santa Moreno Fowler.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by an infant brother, and a sister, Wendy Ann Harrison.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Santa Moreno, a daughter, Allison Eaton and a nephew, Michael Scott Tuttle. Along with other relatives and friends to miss him and mourn his passing.

A memorial service for Mr. Fowler will be announced later by the family.
