Judith Ann West, 71, of Dayton, OH, formerly of Irvine, KY. Died Wednesday, after a long illness. Mrs. West was a native of Estill County, a daughter of the late Byron and Helen Sparks West. She was a retired employee of Ohio Bell, and a member of the Irvine Christian Church. Survivors include several cousins and a very special friend and caregiver Doty Ditmer. Services will be held Sunday, 1:00 PM, at the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 AM to Noon Sunday at Lewis Funeral Home.
