Mary Glenova Durbin Lowe, 90, widow of Mark Henry Lowe, passed away Monday, at the Christian Care Center in Lancaster. Mrs. Lowe was a native of Estill Co., a daughter of the late Robert "Preacher Bob" and Mary Elizabeth Kelly Durbin. Mrs. Lowe was a retired employee of Carhart, and member of the Sandhill Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her sons Jimmy and Mark Lowe, and eleven siblings. Survivors include her daughter Joyce Lowe Criswell and husband Ronnie, her sons Robert Lowe and Patrick Lowe; her daughters-in-law Annette Lowe and Connie Patrick,her grandchildren Glenova Riddell Wiseman, Marsha Riddell, Rebecca Riddell Negron and husband Eddie, Lisa Lowe McIntosh and husband Alex, Terri Lowe Combs and husband Dennis, Bobbi Jo Lowe, Mark Lowe and wife Kring, Gina Lowe, Steven Lowe, Wendi Lowe Branstetter and husband Jay, Carrie Criswell, Kyle Criswell and wife Lori, Michael Criswell and wife Heather.; twenty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, December 13th, 2:00 PM, at the Sandhill Christian Church, with Bro. Ron Lutes officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirby Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 PM Wednesday, at the Lewis Funeral Home, and also at Sandhill Christian on Thursday from 12:00 until service time.
