Obituary

Mollie Sue Canter Croucher, 82, of Round Mtn. Rd, widow of Raymond Croucher, passed away at her home on Sunday, July 8th. She was a native of Estill County, a daughter of the late Vernon, and Cleo Frazier Canter. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Amy Elizabeth Gee; her sisters Nannie Kate Underwood and Betty Jean Canter; and her brother Charles Clay Canter. Survivors include her daughters Betty Sue (James) Gee, Peggy Sharon Croucher, Cynthia Diane Gullett, Linda Lou (Billy) Hamm; her sons Michael (Jenny) Croucher, Jesse (Marsha) Croucher, and Phillip Glenn Croucher; her grandchildren Josh Hamm, Jeremy Hamm, Corey Gullett, Jesse Allan Croucher, Veronica Croucher, Katie Gee; her great grandchildren Layden Rawlins, Layla Marie Croucher, and Zander Allan Croucher; her brothers Merrell Ray Canter, Bobby Glenn Canter; her sisters Lena Pearl Shelton and Rosetta Plowman. Services will be held Wednesday, 1:00 PM, Lewis Funeral Home, with Bro. Buford Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 PM Tuesday at Lewis Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jesse A. Croucher, Josh Hamm, Jeremy Hamm, Corey Gullett, Service: 1:00 PM Wed.
