Obituary

Norma Jean Arvin Reeves, 85, widow of Henry D. Reeves, passed away Thursday at Baptist Health in Richmond. Mrs. Reeves was a native of Estill County, a daughter of the late Bige and Ollie Puckett Arvin. Mrs. Reeves was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting, sewing, crafting, cooking, talking, traveling. Mrs. Reeves as a CB enthusiast who went by the handle of "Frosty Lady". She was preceded in death by her daughter Lois Susie Reeves; and by three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her sons Tommy (and wife Rose) Reeves, Henry (and wife Judy) Reeves; her grandchildren Deanna Birchfield, Amy (and husband Patrick) Reister, Tonya (and husband Tim) Adams, Brian (and wife Carrie) Reeves, Thomas Scott (and wife Tressa) Reeves, Teresa (and husband Chris) Talbott, and Trina Barnes; her great-grandchildren Michael Johnson, Henry Birchfield, Ethan Scott Reeves, Jaycee Hail, Amber Hail, Bailey Durham; her sisters Cheryl (and husband Frank) Lockett, Wanda (and husband Jim) Cooper, and Nina (and husband Tracy) Isaacs. Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 10th, 8:00 pm at Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Marvin Neal officiating.
