Norman Edward Dawes, age 58, of Richmond, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, Kentucky.

Mr. Dawes was born on May 30, 1964, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Orville and Anna Mae Farthing Dawes. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Roger Dawes and one sister, Marlene Rawlins.

Norman is survived by his wife, Sharla Richardson Dawes, two daughters, Taylor Rivera-Dawes and husband Eric and Breanna Dawes. One grandson, Callum Rivera-Dawes and one sister Doris Harrison and husband Steve. Along with numerous other extended family members to miss him and mourn his passing.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the Rice Station Christian Church in Irvine, Kentucky. The family will greet friends from noon until 1:00 P.M. with services beginning at 1:00 P.M.
