Patricia Lee Arthur Miller, 72, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Irvine Nursing Home. She was born on November 4, 1953.

Patricia was the beloved daughter of the late English Harold Arthur of Florida and Betty Al Hovermale Arthur Haynes Lexington, Kentucky.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Al and May Hovermale of Irvine, Kentucky, and Lillian and Robert Arthur of Richmond, Kentucky; her brother, Dale Allen Arthur of Lexington, Kentucky; a special grandchild; and many other cherished relatives.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Leigh Elizabeth Miller Galloway of Louisville, Kentucky; six grandchildren—five granddaughters and one grandson, all of Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky; and a special aunt, Janis Wiseman of Irvine, Kentucky.

Pat was a graduate of Lafayette High School in Lexington and Lee County College in Jackson, Kentucky. She devoted more than 30 years of volunteer service to the VA Hospital on Cooper Drive in Lexington, a testament to her generous spirit and lifelong dedication to serving others.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Irvine, Kentucky.
