Patsy Still, age 69, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky.

She was born to the late Fred Bailey and Mildred Bailey.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ighl Still, and two brothers, Freddy Bailey and Jackie Gilliam.

She is survived by her two sons, Sam (Bridgett) Still and Athel Still; one brother, George (Arlia) Bailey; one sister, Trilby Bailey; four grandchildren, Taylen Showalter, Allyson Baker, Jacob Still, and Justin Still; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden Still and Avery Still, all of whom she loved dearly.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lewis Funeral Home of Irvine.
