Paul Glen Watkins, 66, husband of Lori Russell Watkins, passed away Friday in Lexington, after a short illness. Mr. Watkins was a native of Breathitt County Kentucky, a son of the late Corsie and Florence Brewer Watkins.He was a retired employee of General Motors. Mr. Watkins was preceded in death by his siblings Mae Gabbard, Viola Johnson, Golden Fowler, Johnny Watkins, James S. Watkins and Ola Watkins; and a special nephew Jimmy Keith Scott. Survivors other than his wife Lori include his son Randall Watkins; his daughter Barbara Moberly; three grandchildren; his siblings Imogene Thacker, Opal Kidd, Garnett McCorkle, Carl Watkins, and Carol Fox; several nephews and nieces survive. Services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 10th at 1:00 pm at Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery.
