Phillip Glenn Croucher, age 63, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was the son of the late Raymond Croucher and the late Mollie Croucher.

Phillip was a kind-hearted man who was a great friend to many and truly loved everyone he met. He will be remembered for his friendship, warmth, and the many lives he touched.

He is survived by one sister, Peggy Croucher, and one brother, Jesse (Marsha) Croucher, both of Estill County; two nephews, Allan Croucher and Layden Rawlins; one niece, Veronica Abel; and several close friends including Jesse Willis, Donald McIntosh, Linda Hunt, Bryan (Crissy) Riddle, Greg Wright, Tom (Connie) Berryman, Tojo Barnes, Clyde Young, Lloyd Estes, and Ferrell Tipton.
