Phyllis J. Bullock, age 65, of Winchester, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky.

Phyllis was born on November 5, 1957, in Winchester, Kentucky, to the late Farris and Lois Estes Walters. Along with her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Walters.

Survivors include her special companion, Paul Bullock, one son, Tucker Bullock and fiancé, Shay Banegas, two sisters, Michelle McCarty and Sharon Brandenburg, three nieces, Kristen Walters and Alicia and Amber Osborne, two nephews Calieb Walters and Alex Osborne and   one grandson Dominic Bullock and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Phyllis J. Bullock will be conducted on Monday, January 2, 2023, at noon in the Lewis Home for Funerals Chapel with Brother Sherl Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The family have chosen cremation after the services.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to her memorial fund.
