Phyllis Winkler, age 60, of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at her home after a long illness. She was born February 1st to the late Ed and Irene Marcum. Phyllis is survived by her spouse of 41 years, Scotty Winkler Jr. of Irvine, her daughters Nicole Beall, Irvine, Natasha Winkler, Irvine, her granddaughter Taryn Beall, Irvine; a sister in law Denise (Mike) Meyers, of Hockley Texas, and 2 nieces Sommer Meyers, Galveston, Texas and Morgan Meyers, of Hockley Texas. She leaves behind a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 1 sister Pearl Ann Arthur, and 3 infant siblings, and her in laws Scotty and Bernice Winkler. There will be a celebration of life Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Crooked Creek Christian Church officiated by Bro. Tom Blackburn. Friends and family may call between 3-4:00 with a short service at 4:00. Her ashes will be scattered during a private ceremony with immediate family only at a later date.
