Robert Owen Edmonson, age 81 passed away on Monday, June 23, at Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital.

Robert was born on March, 9, 1944, to the late Robert H. Edmonson and Bertha Griffin Blake.

In addition to his parents, Robert is also preceded in death by one brother Kenneth Edmonson and one sister Ann Hodges.

Survivors include his loving wife of 59.5 years, Patricia Ann Murphy Edmonson. One son Robert Wayne Edmonson (Ann) of Springfield, Ky. One sister Nancy Wilson (Donald Ray) of Irvine, Ky. Numerous Nieces and Nephews to miss him and mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Robert Owen Edmonson will be conducted on Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11:00 A.M in the chapel of Lewis Home for Funerals. Brother Mickey Hardy will be officiating. Family will receive friends from 9 until the time of service at 11:00A.M. Interment will follow in the Rice Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kendall Murphy, Glen Marcum. Logan Mize, Darrin Wilson. Darry Stone, and Mike Hodges.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Kerby, John Strong and James Strong.
