Sandra Kay Hager, 57, of Irvine, passed away Saturday, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, after a long illness. Mrs. Hager was a native of Wilmington, OH, a daughter of Betty Jones Hager, and the late George Hager. She was an employee of Lexmark, where she worked in research and development. Survivors include her children Mike Hager, Judy (and husband Jason) Samples, and Richard Townsend; her mother Betty Jones Hager, her brothers George Hager, Howard Hager, and Charlie Hager; her sister Judy Dolph; her grandchildren Chyna Samples, Dylan Hager, Piper Samples, Gryphon Samples, Kanyon Samples, Gracie Townsend, Jonah Spicer, and Isaiah Spicer; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday, at 2:00 pm at the Lewis Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Rose officiating. Burial will follow in the Cobb Hill Cemetery. Friends may call anytime after 12:00 pm Thursday, until service time. Pallbearers will be Mike Hager, Richard Townsend, Jason Samples, Dustin Little, Steve Hager, Howard Wayne Hager, Michael David Eskew, and Troy Hager.
