Terry Rawlins, 62, widower of Debbie Roberts, passed away Sept. 9th, 2015, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. Mr. Rawlins was a native of Estill County, a son of the late Edgar and Haley Dawes Rawlins. Mr. Rawlins was a former employee of Carhart, and was a manager for Ryan's Steak House. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, and member of the United States National Guard. He was preceded in death by his brother Rev. Edgar Rawlins, and his brother-in-law Roger Melby. Survivors include his sons Steven Terry (and wife Cassie) Roberts, and Brian Roberts; his sisters Virginia Lee Wiseman, Shirley Melby, and Kathy Rawlins; his sister-in-law Phyllis Rawlins; several nephews and a niece. Services will be held Monday, September 14th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Lewis Funeral Home, with Allen Rawlins and Stanley Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in the West Irvine Cemetery. Friends may call after 5:00 pm Sunday. Pallbearers will be Johnnie Patrick, Jack Rawlins, Randall Wiseman, Steve Lemaster, Pete Walling, William David Rawlins, Stacy Winkler, and Paul Riddell.
